We want you to love your Ostroy gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we're here to get you back on the bike in the right kit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
